Mr. Garza is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager for the Delta Asset Management division.  In his role, David contributes to the investment team as a portfolio manager and analyst, with special expertise in the Consumer Discretionary, Financials and Technology sectors. Prior to joining Delta in 2006, David was the Director of Investments for the Large Cap Growth team at Engemann Asset Management.  David also founded Galileo Capital Management where he managed a Long/Short portfolio.  In addition, David was formerly a partner and Managing Director at Roxbury Capital Management, where he was a member of the firm’s investment committee and the portfolio manager for the Socially Responsible Portfolio.  David began his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young where he gained experience auditing the financial statements of public companies. David received his BA in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles , and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA^®) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designations.
